Tasha is the founder of Evoke Wellness LLC, a nutrition and wellness consulting platform. As a consultant she leads clients towards their personal, optimal wellness lifestyle. Tasha is driven by the extraordinary benefits that a style of living centered around wellness has to offer: energy, health, immune strength, joy and confidence. She wants everyone to be able to achieve these and is enthusiastic about inspiring and guiding people to evoke wellness within their life. As a consultant, she strives to mentor in a style that is stimulating and effective; she aims to improve her client’s life with each session.
Tasha is a certified nutrition coach (Precision Nutrition) and certified personal trainer (American College of Sports Medicine). She graduated from Lake Superior State University with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and her Associates in Health and Fitness.
Meditation has become a large part of her life over the past year; developing her wellness and overall experience of life in many ways.
Meditation is simply the practice of mindfulness.
As client's begin to define and hone their wellness lifestyle, they will discover how mindfulness truly is the secret to wellness.
Her son Jameson, family, great girlfriends, a good book, delicious food, traveling, writing, and running round out her lifestyle. Tasha's sister, Brianna Carroll, is a cornerstone in her life as well. A fellow health and fitness enthusiast, Bri owns the Fitness Coliseum and they help each other grow and discover in business and in life, all while having fun along the way!
She enjoys reading books written by other nutrition, wellness or life coaches as well as novels. Tasha is currently writing her first fiction wellness novel.
